Too much shrinkage: my feedback
Bags are nice and heavy, but shrank too much when I washed them by hand in the sink. Now they are too small for my use. I will keep searching for the right size.
- Can be used for a wide range of sprouting, facilitating the growth of bacteria and yeast
- May not be suitable for use with thicker batters and doughs
