They are beautiful, durable and of excellent quality. The first night I cooked veggie quesadillas on it and they came out delicious, fried on both sides and crispy. They were easy to clean but I will say I covered them with a very thin layer of EVOO before placing the tortillas on top. The pans shine and cook very evenly. I am very happy with the purchase! Especially pleased to note how well they were packaged! Oh, if only everything were so well packed. They have a bubble around the set and then each is on their own plastic pad.
