The best I ever used, recommend it to everybody.

As for processor heating, I can say the following on mATX board, Noctua NH-D15S cooler. The maximum temperature during the AIDA64 stress test (the test lasted 30 minutes) thermal paste was included, I decided to use it. Simple 30-35. Stress test 70 degrees.
