Review on Transdapt 2210 4V SBC CENTER MOUNT by Robert Staten

I ordered the product and it was delivered very quickly and looks in good condition but after installing the adapter I noticed that it The problem is that the main bolts on the plate are the reason the bolts need to be ground in order to fit a larger carburetor without damaging the carburetor as the bolt doesn't sit completely flat on the plate adapter and once you grind the top bolts off the plate carb it can be totally flat but I've also found that the bottom plate adapter washer doesn't hold up very well which causes a lot of misfires and you think it's the timing or the carb that's it. It's not a shim bottom plate. Don't take the penalty to deal with a 4 barrel carburetor and now I have to buy a whole new intake manifold to run a 4 barrel carburetor on my truck and am wasting my time and money on this one wasting adapters. My advice, they are good for a 2 barrel carb but not a 4 barrel carb.
