Excellent customer service

I had a problem with my Imarku Cleaver 7 inch knife about 6 months after I bought it for my father in law and I asked customer service if they could help and they replaced replace the knife with a new one without any problems or costs. The knife is heavy enough to cut whatever I need to cut. I like the design and the feel when I hold it. I think it's comparable to much more expensive splitting knives. .
