I ordered 3 sweatshirts to replace my deceased. I bought one of these and two full zip heavy fleece. Thought this one would be good as a gift and the others for when it gets colder. I went for a walk in Eco-Smart on a chilly morning. Even though it was so cold outside that my hands felt pretty cold, my body seemed sweaty. I walked, I didn't run. I found it weird and a bit annoying. It didn't seem to "breathe" like my old sweatshirt. I decided to compare it to the heavyweight sweatshirt, so the other morning I was walking around in heavyweight. The morning was cool, but not as cool as it was when I wore the Eco-Smart. My body was cozy and warm without feeling like it wasn't "breathing". There is one small difference that is important to me. The sides of the pockets appear slightly higher on the Heavyweight Sweatshirt than on the Eco-Smart. I've always felt that a cell phone or other small items put into eco-smart pockets can easily fall out, especially when getting up from a sitting position e.g. B. when getting off a bus. The heavyweight sweatshirt wasn't like that at all. An inch or so makes a big difference. If I buy more of these in the future I will go for the heavyweight.
