Good towels but wrong pack number
These are good cotton towels but the order was for a pack of six and I only received five. Mistakes happen, I get that, but really how difficult is it to count six objects? Did the person who counted them run out of fingers? They are a bit stiff and will wrinkle after one wash, but will likely soften after an additional wash.
