Take those screws and never worry about them again.
If you have a Macbook Pro that needs these screws the lockite can wear out so it's a good idea to have a spare set on hand. In fact, I remember taking my computer to a computer store once (Late 2012 Macbook Pro) and when I went to pick it up, it had no screws! I'm not joking. Zero. So maybe these screws have more than one use case. Either way, it's worth sanity.
