Wrong and damaged products received. twice.
I had to order twice because I received two chef's knives but no Santoku knife with the first delivery. On both orders, one of the knives the chef received was delivered damaged, with rust over the handle. Both times. It's also worth noting that the damaged chef's knives in both orders came in different packaging than the other knives, had a different design, and were a lower quality knife overall. This is extremely frustrating as I now have to return two different boxes and find a better company than Ginsu to actually have the knives in my new apartment.
