The visual interface is very intuitive and easy to use for new users as well as advanced users. It's also highly customizable which allows you to fully customize your own look/feel of the dashboard. I dislike that there are many features that aren't available in our account yet which means we have to wait until they launch each feature before it shows up in our dashboard. The benefit is not only having access to all the features at once but being able to see where things stand compared to current expectations and goals. We've been using this software since 2013 or so when it was called Eloquence. Back then we had an amazing team who was really great about getting us set up quickly so that we could get started building out our toolkit for our business. Unfortunately due to some changes within their org structure and leadership it took them years to catch back up with what we do now. This has put us behind other tools like Zapier.
