Review on MTB Length Balusters Standard Coated by Drew Diaz

The product itself is excellent and I had no problems with the parts received. The problem is that I can't get all the details from the company. I sent the parts back via Revain (Missing Parts) to get another item with all the parts. When I received the box it had all the parts except the ones I needed (I've included the right part in the photo). I contacted the company and they kindly agreed to send me the part I needed. Unfortunately when I received the package from the company it only contained 2 of the multiple parts needed to complete the job. I have contacted the company again and am hoping that the fourth time around I have the parts I need instead of the bars I don't need. I "finished" this project over a month ago and these are the only parts needed to complete it. Very frustrating.
