Terrible cheap junk

I bought these to walk my dog because I didn't want to wear $150 book sneakers. Since they were pretty cheap I wasn't expecting much, but I got a lot less than I expected. I opened the box and was immediately amazed by the ultra light weight of the shoe without the box. The body of the shoe is completely welded from a very thin material. There is no twisted seam around the foot opening, no padding at all, just two pieces of material with a jagged edge fused together. I decided to give it a try anyway, assuming it might be some new "technology". The insole felt flexible and supportive. Emm, no. I ran 1.35 miles with my dog and by the end my legs were hurting more than my last half marathon, 10 times more than what I just ran. I have chafing on the back of both heels and the soles of my feet hurt. I would return these shoes in a heartbeat if they weren't worn out and covered in sand. Don't waste your money on these trash shoes.
