I like that it's easy enough for people who aren't IT savvy or computer literate - they can use this without having to learn too much about computers/computers in general! It has helped us centralize our information so we're now able to access documents easily at home as well as remotely when working outside of office hours (which was not possible with other software).
We've also been really happy using their support team; whenever there are issues with anything technical, someone gets back straight away usually within an hour. When something goes wrong, you have no idea what to do next, but support always comes up trumps and makes things right very quickly. Centralizing all of my business files into one place means everything seems easier to find if I need them again later.
