assembly instructions are terrible! I watch the video and check the photo several times! I finally assembled it after about 2 hours, I'm not a construction dummy either. I disagree with the price, I feel this is a real robbery. I think if I had time I could do it myself. This is what this company, like others, uses. The toys are cheap anyway once they've done the research, wooden toys are for parakeets and parrots not plastic! Also, it's not for a big parrot! Parakeets on the little ones! I suggest adding your own toys (more money). I actually had to return this item as a small wooden stick, some toys and bowls were missing. They replaced it immediately and gave me the option to replace it and send me a new one and then return another within 30 days. My Sun Conure kid seems to appreciate it and that's the only reason I'm not returning a second one. At the moment she has to train until I build her a room. Oh, I missed one thing. Glad I had two kits. Not only did I have to replace toys and sticks, the 1st bottom tray was so dented with supplies from above it looked awful!
