I am new to organ studies and needed a pair of shoes to pedal in; My teacher recommended them and so far they're working pretty well! The sizing fits me perfectly - I measured my foot length at 10.75 inches from heel to toe, which matched the size 10.5 in the product description, and the size 10.5 was perfect for my organ playing feet, very comfortable. The heel is a comfortable height for organ playing, and the suede soles make it easy to feel the pedals. The toe box isn't pointed either, making it easier to play on black pedals. The sides of the shoes rub/stick/creak a bit and I'm hoping a little shoe polish can fix that. Also, the side of the boot is a bit wide near the vault, making it difficult to put one foot in the small corner of the other to play adjacent notes. However, given the price and assuming the material will wear down over time, I don't see what an organist could go wrong with these shoes.
