But as said, poor quality control as there were bubbles in one of the two glass lampshades. it was not possible to mount it on my power distribution box because the mounting plate is just a rod. The adjustment screws could not be retracted because they were right next to the junction box mounting screws. If the screw holes in your junction box are interfering with the set screws, a flush mount will not be possible. No way. I had to drill separate holes in the included mounting plate so it could be installed correctly and flush.
