I like that it's easy for me as an employee of this organization (but not only) because we are able to navigate through different parts easily with ease when troubleshooting any problems in our facility/manufacturing process! It is very user friendly but sometimes there can be lag times between us clicking something or typing information into another screen which takes time away from production - so if you're looking at having less downtime than using your own system would probably help eliminate some issues here too. We use swipguide mostly during training sessions where certain employees need assistance learning how things work better then they could by themselves before getting started working within their department full-time.
