It works. I think but not too happy with the metal fading

Not good I mean it's ok if you want to extend the life of your toilet seat. But the metal tarnishes/rusts and is difficult to clean. Also, installation requires more time/effort than just the inevitable purchase of a new seat (especially if your old holes are misaligned). And if not, you have to fill them in etc. Don't get me wrong, it works. I just didn't like the overall quality, but again it was cheaper than replacing the entire seat. Especially since toilet manufacturers don't always sell accurate seat hinges. Also note that I do all my own cars/electronics/plumbing/electrical/woodwork and even all those skills aren't worth the effort for the installation unless you're lucky and it's true then you'll have to make an effort to make it perfect. It didn't even take long and I did it perfectly but I can see that without the tools/time someone might not like it so hopefully you know what to expect (I would hope so). The pros, by the way, are that it's durable and works. Aside from the installation/metal fading, it at least gives you time between final seat changes.

Pros
  • Toilets and toilet parts
Cons
  • I will add later
