I received this to replace my factory horn on my Honda Element which was sounding like a dying goose. Super easy installation. It's 150dB. I've read reviews of 120dB and people have complained about the difficult setup. But on the contrary. If you're using the supplied relay, the red connects to the factory horn connector and the black is a ground that you need to place somewhere. I simply placed the eyelet end on top and placed it between the stock mount I used to mount it. Make sure you also double the horn fuse rating (mine was originally 15A, I changed it to 30A). You will not be disappointed with this horn!
