I like that my team is able to see all of our records in one place! This has helped me immensely as we are only 5 people within this department so it's hard for us to remember what each other have access too! We also really needed an easier way to send out documents rather than having everyone print them off individually which was time consuming. Nothing at this point but if you're looking into something similar then definitely give Stateful a try! Trying to keep track of who had access to certain files, when they accessed those files, etc.
