The best part about scan was that it helped me organize my receipts in one place, which I can easily access from anywhere at any time with just an app! It's not as easy for someone who isn't tech-savvy or doesn’t have much experience using computers/apps like this because you need some training first before getting started (and we all know how hard of work learning something new). However if your organization has people trained already then they will be able use these programs without problems since there are plenty tutorials out their online where anyone could learn quickly by watching videos etc., so no worries!!
