Review on 🔧 Dorman Exhaust Flange Hardware Kit - Model 03131 by Adrian Allen

I bought these to replace a couple of studs on the exhaust flange on my 2003 Thunderbird. A mechanic who did some previous work put in two wrong studs (and bent them to get an "almost" fit) and caused exhaust leaks which then disabled the DTC for the faulty catalytic converter. Grrr! In any case, these cleats don't show up as Thunderbird replacements if that's what you're looking for, but they are basic aftermarket replacements and work great. I suggest you tap the holes first before installing them. I also put some anti-seize on the threads in case I ever need to replace them again. Removing old rivets can be a bear. What more can I say, it's a hairpin! Too bad the mechanic didn't use common sense.
