This is an excellent product from installation to use. I drain it all the time because it works and pulls out moisture! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the water collection tank is very small so we empty it 3-4 times a day. Our last one, which also worked great, was larger, so the bin was also much larger and only needed to be emptied once a day or every other day. But that's because of the size. It's a nice compact unit, but still big enough to stand on the floor. He has wheels. Update 6-2021: We used it last summer, packed for a dry winter and took it out again for the summer and it doesn't work. Runs but nothing is collected. So for the cost it only worked/worked for one summer.
