I was very disappointed. I was happy about it at first, but after a few months the battery got too weak. Even if I leave it charged overnight, it only cleans the water once, even if I touch it a few minutes afterward. No tap will get the UV light working again until I recharge it. This is very disappointing and now all I have is a super expensive thermos. I emailed support but received no response which is even more disappointing. Think twice before you buy this. Update, the seller offered a full refund but I still haven't received it
