I was very happy about this product because I had to organize my spices badly. What made me order this is the large bottom shelf. I put shelves on the wall and placed my things. The bottom shelf is completely broken. Luckily my glass items that I kept didn't break. I put in a replacement because defects happen, right? Well I get a replacement and again the bottom shelf is broken. The whole point of ordering this set was to use the bottom shelf for my larger items. I'm not sure if I want to ask for another replacement. I may return the whole set and order a different item. Disappointing and disappointing as I really liked the shelves.
