The quality is worse than I have ever seen, a complete disappointment
Trying to return the product got me into such. jungle of bureaucracy. Why should I deal with the return of defective goods? Waste your time? If it's not my fault? I just want the same, but not a defective grill. Bring me a new one and exchange!
