Can I return. Although the quality seems good, they will send you instructions for a different model. The dog doesn't answer. Couldn't get reach on it. They apparently redesigned the whistle to make it cheaper. Apparently Acme Whistles makes the 'original' silent dog whistle, made in the UK. I only brought this because I couldn't find one from the US or Canada and expected the Germans to be able to send correct instructions. Made in Germany is no longer the quality it used to be. Sprenger has to solve the problem or the seller. Very annoying. how hard can it be
