Fantastic set! 10 out of 10 I would buy it again. I've been dreaming of homemade dumplings for a long time, but I didn't have the tools to make them myself. I didn't want to waste my arms and legs on separate parts, so I looked for an inexpensive kit. I clicked on this product and WOW. The Bamboo Steamer Basket is not only handmade, but also made from ethically sourced bamboo (a big win in my book). I didn't know what wheat straw was, so I looked it up. The dumplings are made from stalks of wheat which I've read takes 3 to 6 months to decompose! The presence of cotton inserts in the kit was a big must for me. When I first made dumplings with these ingredients, I couldn't be happier. At first I wanted to use my wok because it would be more authentic, but ultimately settled on my 6 liter pot because it held so much more water. And it fits PERFECTLY! It's just as easy to use and clean. The dumplings are delicious :)
