Update 11/15/20: So I am changing my assessment on this one. I wasn't too keen on him at first, but after 7 months I was. I am on the mend. My kids love everything about this set! Playing with everything even 5 rattan balls which I almost throw away because they didn't seem very impressed the first few months but now they play with them like soccer balls, that's the cutest thing. They even destroyed a straw chew toy with a missing bell over the wires. So I'm happy. The only unnecessary are fruit holders. worth your money. ************************************ Cute colorful toy. But honestly? Not worth the cost. And very misleading product information which really bothers me the most. Buyers beware of misleading photos of Photoshopped birds. The scale is incredibly off. NONE OF THIS ITEM IS FOR LARGE PARROTS. Please, seller, do not mislead your customers in this way. Not cool. If I had the time or patience I would return this and ask for a refund for false advertising only. Yes there are 12 and yes I can use a maximum of 4 but I'd rather spend $15 on a large sturdy wooden ladder from Petco than I think this one. I wasn't asking for a big one, I was asking for something sturdier and bigger for a couple of birds. Almost all the toys are very small, and not a single kennel, nor lori, nor macaw (are you kidding?) Fit on it, as advertised. No way! They are only suitable for parrots or small birds. I have parrots and am not sure if they can even handle them. I knew from the start that the photos were exaggerated, I never kept track of their accuracy, but still... wow, they're small. You really don't get your money's worth with $15. What about those fruit forks? Waaaaay is smaller than pictured and incredibly sharp. None of the forks fit a single whole apple like in the photo. All images shown are misleading. And I'm almost afraid to use forks because they're so sharp. I am attaching a photo for scale. This one is as big as my hand. And on closer inspection, I just noticed that the bell below is missing the middle part (2nd picture). But I think maybe that's a good thing considering the stories I've heard about bells causing problems for birds and seeing another reviewer write about his bird getting hurt because the bell went on caught in her beak. Ouch! *sigh* Honestly I would return it if shipping back wasn't a problem for me at the moment. The scope of these things and missing parts just isn't huge.
