Well made small washers
These are small split ring lock washers. The title of the description immediately indicates the OD. This is a good size to fit under socket head screws. Others note that they are magnetic, but that doesn't mean they aren't rustproof. When 300 series stainless steel is drawn in the manufacture of raw square wire, which is typical of this type of washer, it becomes magnetic. I'm not saying I'm sure it's stainless steel - I'll inspect and edit it more closely if it's coated carbon steel.
