Let me start by saying that my wife and I share this account even though it is registered under her name. However, this review belongs to me, not you. I bought these to group project files, images, etc. They work great. I have used PNY flash drives in the past and have found them easy to use and very durable. I hope they continue this winning streak. Update as of late September 2020. Unfortunately my lucky streak ended as I was concerned this might happen with higher density USB sticks. A few days ago I just used the last of the five discs in the pack and you know it turned out bad. So I lowered my rating to 4 stars. I think PNY is still a good company with good USB sticks though. So I tried to contact the seller. There is no information from Revain on this and I found that for larger purchases that Revain handles, the buyer has to work through Revain. Guess what. Great big site I've spent an hour searching and there is absolutely no contact information for Revain anywhere. We pay for a Prime membership and that doesn't even give us an email address for anyone, not even the janitor at Revain, let alone a - *gasp* in shock and horror - a customer service phone number! As per their policy, the return window is closed. An exchange may still be possible, but you must exchange the ENTIRE PRODUCT. The first four disks are in use and full of data - I cannot return them! I just want to replace a failed drive with a working one, but that's not an option. The lousy policy structure and especially the fact that you can't contact anyone in the company to discuss the situation was worth the rest of the stars, well, the rest they would let me pick up. Your rating system is biased because you cannot rate zero stars and that is how I am rating this transaction. This lousy star I couldn't remove was fraudulently siphoned off a non-customer service company's biased Behemoth rating system.
