I like that it gives me insight into my own strengths/weaknesses in different areas - so far this has been very helpful! It's also great because everything about your profile gets sent straight back out onto LinkedIn which makes sharing with others much easier than before (and less awkward). The layout could use some work but there are other sites available now too if they don't improve their interface soon enough. We've used it at our previous employer to help us understand who was best suited to certain roles within an organization; after using several similar tools over time, having something specific tailored towards HR departments really helps everyone get along better internally by understanding each person individually instead of just getting general information from one source or another.
