5 stars for functionality and durability. I've been using this since January 2015 with no problems (I hope I haven't jinxed it). That's more than 3 years of trouble-free operation. I'm not sure about the wireless mouse/keyboard warning. It's possible that some wireless network providers are having issues, so TRENDnet's staff is taking care of itself. I am currently using a Logitech wireless keyboard/mouse (K520/M310) with a Dell Windows 10 desktop with no issues. Addendum: still works great. February 2020, for over 5 years. I'll definitely buy another one if the need arises.
