Review on Pilot Automotive BR 2001 2B Hitch Tray by James Lesley

My bike fell off while riding on the street, the baby of my house. I'm very good with tools - I have restored classic cars and studied product design, where I am constantly involved with tools and product mechanics. The item is poorly made! The rubber straps that secure bicycle tire rims break easily. The hitch mount wobbled a lot, although I was able to order a grub screw to reduce the wobble. Pilot Automotive's CUSTOMER SERVICE was terrible! I'm just glad that Revain accepts returns so easily and that my $800 mountain bike didn't fall off the bike rack.
