Bike fallen on the street! It's horribly made and the customer service is just as bad.

My bike fell off while riding on the street, the baby of my house. I'm very good with tools - I have restored classic cars and studied product design, where I am constantly involved with tools and product mechanics. The item is poorly made! The rubber straps that secure bicycle tire rims break easily. The hitch mount wobbled a lot, although I was able to order a grub screw to reduce the wobble. Pilot Automotive's CUSTOMER SERVICE was terrible! I'm just glad that Revain accepts returns so easily
