Works well if you can install it

This worked for my 2014 Ford Flex. However, the installation wasn't as easy as I thought as I had an extremely difficult time inserting the large T-shaped connectors into the lighting area where they were to be connected. What should have lasted 20 minutes lasted over an hour with much blood, sweat and swearing.

Easy do-it-yourself installation and no special tools required
