It's not the fastest thing and didn't seem to work at one point, but I tried a different USB port and it works again. I like the portability across multiple machines. I mentioned my problem to the seller and I have to say that their customer service was excellent and well known. In an ideal world, everything would work perfectly the first time. CD drives, like anything else, can have occasional failures, but how those incidents are handled after the fact is what matters most, and this company has done a great job with that. Nice job and thanks. It was worth the money. I will buy from them again.
