Rescuer after 17 snowfalls but no snow plows

Good instructions on youtube for installation. So glad I had them for a crazy 17 inch snowfall in Sequim, WA. There are very few snow plows and none to clear our property or keep the main streets in town in good condition. After 4 days in the snow in my little Vibe (Corolla hatchback) I put the chains on and it was like magic. You need to tighten them after walking 50 feet. Then they were GREAT. The car started right away and I was able to drive all over town to get mail, food, etc. without any problems. I'm so glad I now have the experience of putting them on, so now I'm ready for anything. The first wheel took me a few minutes but the second wheel is sooo much quicker after figuring out how to attach and tighten them. The instructions on the laminated sheet were great. Will get another pair for our other car. The case is very compact so you can always have it with you in the car in winter. Too late to get them during the winter event as they are sold out or UPS cannot deliver. So now until the next snowy calypse. This was a one-off event for Sequim, but with climate change, it could become more frequent with each polar vortex. Centenaries are celebrated annually.
