Easy to put on - car

Easy to put on, easy to adjust. This is the first pair of necklaces I've worn. I was able to do it in the snow when my car got stuck, I'm glad I had them. My only complaint is that despite using the fit guide to purchase the correct size, they felt a bit loose. I had to adjust the position of some plastic parts on the tensioner to tighten it the way I wanted. Also, the next time I put the chains on, they seemed to fit a little differently and the same piece of plastic had to be adjusted again…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design

Great chains. Don't regret the purchase for what they offer.

Beautiful snow chains. I have a car with limited tire clearance and they have been excellent. Traction is fantastic and installation is pretty easy. They're harder to remove, but that's how chains work. Overall it takes about 10 minutes to install both sets of chains and about the same time to remove them. Removal time is complicated by the fact that they are covered in dirt and grime from driving, frost and you will be outside. I live in an area with annual ice storms that ravage the streets…

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Hard to say

A young elderly woman can install!

I have never fitted chains and have done so in practice. things I've learned. Wrap the tire around the machine with the long hanging part last. Shake it while lifting the matching ring. Hook 2 small red hooks and slide back until the diamond pattern is the center of the hoop. Take a long piece of rubber and thread the chain through the spring section and then the big red hook. Tighten to hook the rubber piece as much as possible. When removing, make sure that the two small hooks are at the top…

Pros
  • Robust design
Cons
  • Very expensive

Wrong size, probably a common problem, big hassle

I'm giving a bad review just because it's so damn hard to tell if you're ordering the right size. I'm sure some people can figure that out, get the right size and love these chains, but the hassle of doing all the research and making sure you get the right size just to get under the car and figure out what they are . don't fit and you have to send them back and wait for a refund and then order another set and wait for them to turn up etc etc I'm not even sure you can blame this company maybe…

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Communication with seller

Rescuer after 17 snowfalls but no snow plows

Good instructions on youtube for installation. So glad I had them for a crazy 17 inch snowfall in Sequim, WA. There are very few snow plows and none to clear our property or keep the main streets in town in good condition. After 4 days in the snow in my little Vibe (Corolla hatchback) I put the chains on and it was like magic. You need to tighten them after walking 50 feet. Then they were GREAT. The car started right away and I was able to drive all over town to get mail, food, etc. without any

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks
