i will be honest I chose these Jonbaem fleece knitted warm winter boots for boys and girls because they are too cute to resist. And you are. These are little fluffy/knitted snow boots as cute as can be. In terms of practicality, the knitted piece is well-made and soft. Fur (faux fur) goes around the top and all over the inside of the shaft. There are small grippy pads on the sole to keep them in place when walking on bare ground. There is a velcro strap on the top to make it easier to put on and hold. Velcro tongue has a strong grip. These are actually NOT winter boots. I wouldn't put children's feet in snow or ice. You'll get wet and cold in minutes. They're warm enough for a cold home, but won't keep little feet warm in true winter weather outside.
