What a great product for the kitchen! I love using this guide to cut even slices of sourdough bread for breakfast and Italian bread for dinner. Item is shipped flat therefore simple assembly is required - simply fasten the 4 screws (supplied) in the locations provided. Pros: This tray is wide enough for a variety of loaves of bread, not just thin Italian/baguette loaves. I also love the simple rustic design! The only negative: I found it necessary to further join the two halves of wood together as the cutting movement causes separation. It was an easy fix, no problem.
