No quality control on car backup cameras

As mentioned the grip is not OEM level but for the price I could live with that. The problem I had was that the camera didn't show any picture. Tried this on multiple devices to rule out head unit issues but still nothing. Tech support isn't great but will work with them to either replace the faulty camera or just pack everything up and send it back and look for a higher quality product. Will update how things work.
