I had a rabbit for a couple of years that worked great until the pin connecting the handle to the lift moved left and right and the handle on it prevented from moving. Don't worry, I ordered a new one. This rabbit is a piece of junk. Problems started after 3-4 weeks of use. The screw part of the cork only pierces the cork after several attempts. In some cases, he pushes the cork into the bottle. There appears to be a thick plastic washer that should stay in place and move with the downward movement of the lever. Buying this opener is like throwing money at red or black on a roulette wheel. Either it works well or it doesn't work at all!
