Efficient Stone for Sharpening
The DMT W8X diamond whetstone has been a great addition to my sharpening toolbox. Through trial and error, I found that this stone's grit surface is perfect for sharpening dull knives and blades in a short amount of time. The extra-coarse surface allows for fast stock removal without compromising on the quality or functionality of the blades. However, the downside is that it is quite expensive compared to other sharpening stones on the market. Overall, if you're looking for a professional-grade sharpening stone that will last for years, the DMT W8X is definitely worth the investment.
