I don't usually write reviews but in this case I feel like I HAVE to. This, along with the trainer and consistency, helped me a lot with my dog. She's so excited that I didn't even have to use the drum part. I can just remind them (a little or a lot, depending on the circumstances). After a year of use, the collar and remote stopped communicating with each other. I was afraid to ask the company for help. When I finally called I was surprised that I was helped so quickly and surprised that it was a pleasant experience. The employee was very patient and tried to help me set the codes. When it didn't work I had to send it to them to find out. I was happy to pay for shipping. I sent the collar back just over a week ago. Needless to say, it didn't take long for my dog to remember. She doesn't even mind wearing it! PS I'm glad I have a collar and after a short while without it while walking my dog she became so agitated that trying to calm her down I fell and banged my head on the concrete and suffered a mild concussion. With this collar I can walk my dog without any worries. We will still train because she saves and is a bit nervous. Buy with confidence!
