Used several times (3) and leaking everywhere! Also rusts and squeaks very loudly when trying to use.! After posting this review, I was immediately contacted within 24 hours by a customer service representative, Tracey from this company. Tracey wanted to know what was the problem I was having with the device and I basically explained to her that the apps wanted to know what the problem was that I was having with the device and I basically explained to her that I this product for and use what I used in this product. Tracey immediately notified her QC staff and attempted to get an answer for me as I wasn't sure if the chemicals I was using were the cause of this unit's failure. I mostly used water, but the water for Florida was heavily chlorinated. Chase advised me that the quality control team does not recommend using any type of water with this product, especially chlorinated water, as it may cause the problems I had when it didn't work. Although it was actually my fault and the use of water that this product was not intended for, Tracey immediately sent me a brand new instrument and sent it free of charge. I'm changing my review based on the simple fact that this company really cares about their customers and their products, and also want to say a big thank you again to Miss Tracey from Customer Service who was extremely helpful and really went above and beyond customer service to to solve my problems. I would definitely buy from this company again and thanks again to Tracey Minton's customer service department.
