Great sawmills with some features deducting a star

This is a great product with some features and flaws. Pros and cons below. easily on any surface. Being able to load a slab of 4x8 plywood with the edge to the user at an angle for cutting/sanding on the leg pins is brilliant - I like the end slots for 2x4 or 4x4 lumber to reduce the spacing between the increase horses. I've used this feature recently to paint many surfaces: retractable, foldable legs that offer great versatility, small footprint when fully folded. Legs must be closed in "proper order". I marked them with a marker so I know which leg needs to be folded first, but the ToughBuilt should have done so from the factory. You can fold a set of legs without shortening them from their longest extended position, but again they're not labeled and ToughBuilt doesn't inform the user of this feature. Well, folding legs can "bite". - At 23 pounds, every 700th needs a diet - I don't know how long the bright yellow plastic "risers" on top of the horses will last. They're also a nuisance to stick your fingers in when they're new. I can imagine replacing them with leather straps in the future. Make your own decision about the pro/con discussion. I still love these horses but they could be a little better with ToughBuilt. I recently saw a review on Fine Homebuilding examining a smaller model of this product along with other competitors and I think FHB got it partly right and partly wrong. Google FHB Saw Horse Review to see if you're ok with this (if they don't pay you). These horses are strong, have many advantages, some unique traits, some disadvantages, but I like them. I bought a set for my son and he loves them too. Hope that helps!
