I'm a fire chief and installed this combo in my private car to take calls from work as my flashlights didn't catch the attention of all the people staring at their phones on the street. It has pretty decent volume and sound. My only complaint was the lack of connection instructions. At first I only received the speaker, but the support team quickly sent me a siren. There was no schematic in the box, I had to go to their website to find out how to connect it. My only real complaint is the order of the tones. Wail and Yelp are the most used tones and they aren't the first two on the dial.
