Suitable for medium height age 4.5 years
Perfect. Fits great for my 4.5 year old. He was always in the 50th percentile for height and weight. So it works well for the most average 4.5 year old boy. Update: I have to turn him down. My son wore this and played in the shallow waters of the calm bay. He fell and the vest fought with him. He kept turning his face. so I can't say I recommend it.
