I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised! I used this product for filling caramel molds and it worked perfectly! It holds a fair amount of hot caramel, 12 ozs I believe, so I only had to fill it twice. The caramel stayed hot and I didn’t have any sticking issues. Cleaned up easily! Ran in hot water to melt the residue caramel then washed it in the dishwasher. I’m so glad that I purchased this!

- The piston funnel may become jammed or stuck, leading to a frustrating and disappointing baking experience
